i couldn't ask for a pair of more sonorous, elegant, and just plain inspiring drums. the finish is a cut above, and the stand is sturdy. just add a couple of cowbells and you're all set. i'm not really a latin player, but i have always loved the sound of timbales. and while i may not be an expert on latin percussion, i'd say i'm not easy to please, yet i also know a great sound when i hear one. i can't stop playing them...i'm smitten! please lp, make a pair of smaller ones as well. and thank you musik produktiv for making shipments to switzerland transparent and easy.
